ReachLink S.A. stops SIEFreach IT platform

SIEFreach, the IT platform of ReachLink SA, has ceased its activities as of 30th of November 2010.
As of this date, SIEF management functionality is available from another platform, called LINKinSIEF, managed by ReachCentrum SPRL.

Announcement SIEFreach and ReachCentrum
Brussels, 13 October 2010

From 1st December 2010 SIEFreach, the IT platform of ReachLink SA, will cease its activities. An improved service called LINKinSIEF, providing all the functionalities which customers have identified as being necessary for the successful operations of SIEFs, has been set up by ReachCentrum SPRL. ReachCentrum SPRL is a company which is fully owned by Cefic AISBL.

The IT tool can be used on its own by customers or can be part of the additional service of SIEF management offered by ReachCentrum SPRL.

All active populated SIEFs in SIEFreach will be transferred to LINKinSIEF upon request of the Lead Registrant, and will be accessible at no additional costs to SIEF members.

New SIEFs can be opened by Lead Registrants under a charging mechanism that allows the use of previously purchased ReachLink tickets which remain valid. However, these cannot be reimbursed.

Once a SIEF is activated in LINKinSIEF all SIEF members will automatically receive access details for the tool.
