ReachLink acknowledges that the processing of the personal data collected, recorded, organized or otherwise (hereafter the « Personal Data ») is regulated by the law of December 8, 1992 as modified subsequently and undertakes to comply with their provisions.

ReachLink undertakes that it and any person acting under its authority having access to the Personal Data shall process the Personal Data only on behalf of ReachLink and on the instructions of the ReachLink.

ReachLink represents and warrants that :

  1. it shall take care that the access to the Personal Data and possibilities of processing for the persons who are acting under his authority, are limited to what is necessary for the fulfillment of their duties or for the requirements of the service;
  2. it shall notify all persons acting under his authority about the provisions of this law and its implementing decrees, as well as about all relevant provisions in respect of the protection of the privacy with regard to the processing of Personal Data;
  3. no unlawful use of the Personal Data will be made thereof by itself or any person acting under its authority;
  4. it shall take the appropriate technical and organizational measures that are necessary for the protection of Personal Data against accidental or unauthorized destruction, accidental loss, as well as against alteration of, access to and any other unauthorized processing of personal data;
  5. personal data shall in no circumstances be communicated to third parties except Cefic AISBL and ReachCentrum SPRL which are belonging to the same group of companies/organisations as ReachLink SA.
